A friend asked me what did I think about that famous kasstro interview, pointing out that on "Miami's MegaTV's talkshow Polos Opuestos they had Carlos Calvo (ex-escolta de fidel) and Dashiell Torralba (ex-nuera de fidel) as guests again. The strange thing is that they both thought Fidel was dead and that what we have been seeing up until then was a double...." My friend doesn't trust any of those characters, and I think that they can actually be responding to commands from inside Cuba, one never knows.
This was my answer to him:
"Our sources have confirmed that he's alive.
All we have is that he's an embarrassment to be shown in public due to senility and incoherence.
Therefore, the interviews are taped, edited, and released as a canned safe product.
I have a post in Spanish where I mentioned by scientific name (in Spanish)the nature of his ailment. He's not all together in his head... That's a consequence of the anesthetics he ordered used on himself.
Be prepared to see him fade.
Raul is grooming fidelito -as promised to Mirta Diaz Balart, and by extension, to the Diaz Balart family at large- to become the new leader the facto in a very short period of time. The realease 2.0 of the tyranny will give space to the Release 3.0.

How old is Fidelito?
He is in his mid-fifties.

dashiell's evidence is that castro's hair looked dyed and that he would never let anyone dye his hair...umm.like he's in any condition to dictate...she sounded quite foolish.you know castro has doubles but they are more like decoys. that interview was edited and dubbed. the best part is randy's adoring facial expression.
Yes, the body doubles will never ever speak in public or anything.... I think that this is just -Russkie Style- a preparation for a State funeral sometime and somewhere down the road.
Whatever is done has to be done, Vana, with the participation of the Cousins in Congress (as kasstro jokingly has called them) that's what will ensure that the USA has some participation and saying in the ensuing process after kasstro is dead.
Do not expect any huge changes: it will be as the American government has planned it: "stability, no mass migrations, and under the control of a transitional regime".
Remember:
1- The economics of the region cannot implode, no matter what.
2- No rafters coming to the USA, and no Cubans going back to Cuba.
Why?
a- we will not be "refugees" anymore, just migrants (this is just being applied as we speak ALREADY)
b- they don't want the Cubans from the USA going to Cuba and taking THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY DOWN THERE OUT OF UNCLE SAM'S REACH!
Why not? does not every other nationality take their money outta the USA? why are we the only ones that have to go through this? why? why? WHAT are we gonna do about it? please Charlie we must get organized, we MUST do something
I mean, Vana, that they want to stop a reverse exodus of almost a million people flocking to Cuba and taken several million dollars with them out of the economic mainstream at once.
Remember, it's all about money.
Well Charlie, last time I looked I thought I was living in a free country, but is not looking so free to me any more, and if we do want to go, a million of us, what is this supposed free country gonna do? I realize it's all about money Charlie, but what about the freedom to do as I please with my money?, to me is never about money, but about people, the suffering of our people, if I can help a little, why not?

Think about it Vana. If that amount of money leaves the country in a short period of time, the economy of South Florida simply collapses, and the balance would made Cuba automatically richer than all its Caribbean neighbors combined. The disaster would be phenomenal, after such a transfer of wealth to Cuba, where that wealth would provoke even more problems since there's very little to be exchanged for that money. There has to be a relationship between money and services-goods, it has to be an equilibrium of what is sold and bought.
