Juventud Rebelde publishes photos of the tyrant.
Juventud Rebelde -the newspaper of the Communist Youth in Cuba- publishes in its today edition four photos of the tyrant.
In the best hostage taker style, he holds what looks like the front page of an old Granma newspaper, with his own photo in the cover. To me, it looks like a proof, not an actual newspaper. And it's possible that we are seeing here a double, or doctored photos in the Soviet tradition.
Anyway, thanks to the people who send us the photos last night...

Interesting, in some of the photos kasstro talks on the phone, but he hasn't bothered in addressing the Cuban people. No photos of raul were published.

We received an e-mail from Cuba right now saying that those photos are from before the surgery. More to be confirmed. Leave it to the experts, Asha Nair explains how they photo-shopped kasstro in the most tragic Soviet style. To Asha's informed comment I would add that Granma is usually printed on not a such snow-white stock. Maybe they decided to use a white stock for the special supplement, so it could match perfectly with the white paper used to stage the photographs. Move over Reuters, you have competition!
Look at the differences between the special supplement published by Granma and what "kasstro" is holding in his hands.
Look at the photo of the actual suplemet of Granma as being read this morning in Havana. Different, isn't it?

The value on the face of whoever THAT guy is does not correspond with the value of the paper , meaning the paper was photographed under TOTALLY different lighting conditions and WHITE VALUE

Now to the obvious, why a paper proof (and a bad one at that ) and not a REAL circulating newspaper?. Look at the fold on the right side of the paper it is outwards , look at the fold on the left side it is inwards! i can't take anymore, even in portugal, comunists saying that in cuba life it is much better than another coutry in the world, all that university students wearing che's t-shirts, and I say to them: "don't you have any idea how the people of Cuba are sufering for almost 50 yaers because of you idol?" it blows my mind, i can't just uderstand. And the better part: when we talk about the cominist regimes, they refute only by caling me a fascist... democratic coutries like portugal and USA are fascists. Cuba is not! give me a break...
