State of the world
Which surprised me, because.... Russia kept on being as imperialistic as before, and dissent was pretty much suppressed, by means of a bullet in your head, a beating, the dismemberment of a family member, or your own poisoning with polonium.
So I had a hard time understanding what "democratic reforms" were derailed.
We have said several times that the Russkie Empire rose out of the ashes of the Old Soviet Union, which was dismantled by design, but the commie spirit was kept alive by the likes of Vlad the Impaler Putin. Once a commie, always a commie, W. And remember, as the KGB saying goes, "once you join the KGB you cannot quit". Resignations, firings, and even lay offs in the KGB were achieved with a clean bullet wound in the base of the skull, for you to know.
Then President Bush ewent onto mentioning that there are allies with "difficult democratic records" mentioning Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and China. Again, I was very surprised to see that Egypt was an allied. Not to mention Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, which are terrorist havens like no other.... I thought that China was just the nation that fills our WalMarts and that offers free rides to dissenting citizens in the execution vans, but hey, I seem to be mistaken because China is an ally!
"China's leaders believe that they can continue to open the nation's economy without also opening its political system". Those I kid you not, were Bush's words. He has failed to realize that China is a fascist country!
He had a list of the "eight worst dictatorships," Belarus, Burma, Cuba, North Korea , Sudan, Zimbabwe, Iran, and Syria. But today, Matt Lauer was doing his Cuba show. How was that? Glad to know that he puts Cuba in the worst horrible dictatorships list, but he still has the dry foot wet foot regulation in place. Can he explain why?
He also criticized Venezuela, Uzbekistan and Vietnam as places where progress had been made but now "freedom is under assault". Freedom under assault in Venezuela? No kidding. That's a full fledge dictatorship. Uzbekistan is a religiously based totalitarian state that allows USA bases on its territory, and Vietnam is a another post-industrial-fascist state, which is one of the greatest collaborators of kasstro's slave plantation, Cuba.
Oh well...
I better take a walk....

That's right Charlie, if Cuba is in the list of dictatorships, than why, why, call the rafters migrants, when we all know damn well, they are escaping a terrible system of apartheid, and tyranny, as the American goverment well damn knows they are not migrants, but poor souls searching for freedom, yet as you say they keep the wet foot dry foot in place, it's beyond me to try and understand that.
