The patients will not be examined in a green velvet chez lounge (stolen from some mansion in Miramar in 1959 ) saturated in blood, vomit and an assorted combinations of other body fluids. They will not take blood with a syringe that was just boiled in a disgusting pot over a hot plate and wrapped in plain brown paper as if it was a taco you buy in Tijuana.

As I wrote as a comment to El Gusano's post on La Contra Revolucion, maybe this fat porker fart churner has a point, he should take them all to Cuba to get cured, BECAUSE KASSTRO GAVE AL QAEDA ALL THE ELEMENTS TO BUILD DIRTY BOMBS THAT I AM SURE WERE USED ON SEPT 11. There's one I can't stand above all else: the smell of burning flesh because of a cauterzier (granted I haven't smelled the previous three so I can't honestly say which is worse). My dad used a cauterizer when I followed him in surgery and I've had one used on me, too. It is the worst thing I've ever smelled in my entire life. If the government doesn't nail his ass the moment he gets back on US soil, well then I've lost all faith in my government. They don't enforce our immigration laws, they let Islamists spew their hate, and they let people like fat boy go to Cuba and back without a problem. Damn...
