Where do cigars come from?

"While North Korea's people starve and suffer, there is simply no excuse for the regime to be splurging on cognac and cigars," said Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez.
Apparently Mr. Gutierrez doesn't know that cigars travel freely from Cuba to North Korea. I wonder how is that this guy made it so high up in the government. Is he going to tell Queen Raula La Horrible that "she" can't send some love and cigars to Lil'Kim? Do we have to remind him what the Cohibas were used for during the Kingdom of Filth, period otherwise known as "the Clinton era"?
Amazing. Simply amazing.

Yeah, North Koreans are dropping dead in the middle of the street and being used as chapapote and Carlos Gutierrez is focusing on cognac and cigars.

Woah, what an incisive, penetrating political and economic analysis.

UN-FUCKING-REAL!

What the hell has happened to this government?
How do assholes like this wind up as "commerce secretaries”?
Is this just LUCK or must one have an IQ bordering on stupidity to become a top muckity muck in Washington?

Oh yeah the ECONOMY is just peachy, specially for Mr. Gutierrez!
With that keen sense of political awareness and global priorities he should’ve been wearing a name tag and asking people

“ya want sum fries with dat?”

Instead…

Oh,never mind! My doctor told me to calm the fuck down.
