Yuliet, the beautiful wife of our friend Joe Papp was kidnapped in Venezuela by el Mico Putumayo's thugs and was deported to Cuba today.
We are taking Joe's pain as our own and we have made his cause our personal cause.
This crime hurts us very deeply, since she was the victim of a series of circumstances as I will outline here:
1- She was prevented from attending her interview at the United States Interest Section in Havana.
2- She suffered the brunt of the abuse of the goons of the tyranny, and she was publicly scorned.
3- She had to leave the country with the hope of reuniting with her husband, Joe, whose website you probably know already.
4- She was hunted and captured in Venezuela following orders of the Cuban tyranny.
5- And today, she was sent to an uncertain fate in Cuba.
Now, I want somebody to explain me why the U.S. Government is not defending the legal wife of one of its citizens. I want somebody to tell me how is that the U.S. Government was part of that farce that ended up with the selling of Elian to kasstro and is not able to defend the legal wife of an American citizen, how is that the American Embassy in Caracas could not do anything to prevent this monstrousity from happening and how on fucking hell our politicians who were contacted by Joe in several ocassions are sleeping placidly at night.
First, Joe's wife was a hostage in Cuba.
Then she was kidnapped in Venezuela and her captors sent her this morning to Cuba....
To become a prisoner, even if she's set free, she's a prisoner and a hostage in that island.
We promised Joe Papp and Yuliet Rodriguez that we will go to the extremes to help them reunite.
Please diseminate this story, write to your local representatives and to the Government of the United States of America about the abuse inflicted on one American citizen and his wife by two tyrannies.
Write to Laura Bush, Condoleeza Rice, Hillary Clinton, and make them aware of the plight of Joe and Yuliet. Write to the press, write to the pundits, write to the President, and to whatever religion organization you prefer. Even to the Pope himself. Write to the political talking heads on TV, to Senators, to Congressmen, to generals, and soldiers.
Don't leave a stone unturned.

This is unbe-fxxxxxx-lievable, yet not surprising; will do what little I can to spread the word - if the "kubanskis" in the middle of the chaos they are going through want to build some bridges, they can start by releasing the lady, letting her be reunited with her husband.
On the other hand, if our(?) government says and does nothing to help Mr. Papp, that would speak volumes, wouldn't it?
Those folks who want "our" votes in November should be put on notice that when it comes to monkey business like this, it's not going to be "business as usual" at the ballot box!
The SPECIAL issue here is as follows:
Joe & Yuliet MARRIED in Cuba! Getting a spouse to the USA from Cuba is the most difficult thing to do since when they are granted the visa they are automatically residents! I brought my wife on a fiancé visa which meant that she was only a visitor, a much faster way of bringing someone because they only have 90 days to stay in the USA before they are kicked out. BUT Yuliet TECHNICALLY IS a resident of the USA! Even if she had never put a foot in the USA!
So it is not only an issue of the wife of an American citizen in question is the issue of a legal USA resident married to a naturally born USA citizen rights that have been trampled with . The USA embassy in Caracas had ALL the right in the WORLD to intercede on this and DEMAND she be released to join her husband in the country where she is a legal resident!
Will the USA (who are the ONLY people able to do anything) DO ANYTHING?

and the fact that his visit did a LOT more damage to the tyranny that ALL the bullshit that is daily spread by the “You are a ñangara if you go to Cuba” all I can say is that I am ashamed of sharing a nationality with people of such low regards with the humanity of man. The love of a man and a woman, a parent and child!.
Have YOU motherfuckers HELPED by NOT going? HOW?
How many Cubans have YOU turned around as far as their views about KaSStro? How many Cubans have heard first hand the GLORY that is living in the USA? How many of you have contributed to the demise of the government by contributing to the black market and the destabilization of KaSStro’s economy?
Do YOU really think that, by posturing with this attitude, that Joe’s suffering is a well deserved punishment for visiting Kuba?

Why should he? But to his credit he is a BETTER human being that ANY of those who may have criticized his trip to Kuba. He achieved something YOU will never achieve; SYMPATHY of Cubans towards the USA, discontent towards the communist regime. He won the heart of a Cuban woman and along probably the heart of another 100 Cubans. He acted (as he describes) as the perfect good will ambassador, turning a simple trip into a history making event! CAN ANY OF YOUR CRITICS SAY THAT?
Joe – I hope you understand that THOSE who may have accused you of being an enabler of the KaSStro regimen are a very low minority. Most of them bitter, hopeless and without an ounce of interest of seeing a FREE Cuba, because DEEP DOWN INSIDE they HATE those Cubans who are in the island and they hate YOU for having fallen in love with one. You my friend are MORE of a Cuban than all of them put together.
