A literary monument of one line
The inspiration is that he's dying with a stream of blood coming out of his ass.
For starters, let's see this one:
He died as lived, drenched in blood and caked in shit.
or this one:
kagasstro, the reverse King Midas, all the gold he touched converted in shit.
And this other one:
He went out with his revolution trademark skid mark: blood and shit
or:
He came with a bloody revolution and left us in the middle of a shit storm
I deeply encourage you to write a version in English and one in Spanish.
Enjoy! It's your turn now

Tombstone inscription (not copyrighted, please feel free to carve the beast one):
kastro cagao,
al diablo regalao
"kastro covered in shit,
to the devil a gift"
The thing is, maybe the devil has more taste we give him credit for, and could send the stinking bastard back...never mind, I have faith da Big Boss will see to it that will happen NOT.
Sic transit hijo de puta
Only one word should be carved in stone:
"Mariconsssón!"
It needs no translation, and there remains the ambiguity: he may be referring to his self-designated successor to the throne.
