in response to....
Well... maybe.
But since I won't go into correcting your defective spelling in both English and Spanish, I will assume that you tried to be funny and wrote the word in Italian. Like the donkey who breathed near the flute and everybody thought that "it" was a musician.
I was about to post for you a song by the Clash, Londong Calling, but maybe you don't know the Clash.... even though that song's a very good example about what was my life in Cuba.
So I decided to play some Rush, while looking at your red message:
Tom Sawyer....
A modern-day warrior
Mean mean stride,
Today's Tom Sawyer
Mean mean pride.
Though his mind is not for rent,
Dont put him down as arrogant.
His reserve, a quiet defense,
Riding out the days events.
The river
And what you say about his company
Is what you say about society.
Catch the mist, catch the myth
Catch the mystery, catch the drift.
The world is, the world is,
Love and life are deep,
Maybe as his eyes are wide.
Today's Tom Sawyer,
He gets high on you,
And the space he invades
He gets by on you.
No, his mind is not for rent
To any God or government.
Always hopeful, yet discontent,
He knows changes aren't permanent,
But change is.
And what you say about his company
Is what you say about society.
Catch the witness, catch the wit,
Catch the spirit, catch the spit.
The world is, the world is,
Love and life are deep,
Maybe as his skies are wide.
Exit the warrior,
Today's Tom Sawyer,
He gets high on you,
And the energy you trade,
He gets right on to the friction of the day.
What am I doing? I am sure you didn't understand the message.
I will just try to shed some light and illuminate:
To my ears, the song can very well describe a Cuban who goes about his daily survival, and who even though he's having it rough and and with jagged edges will not bend to the tyrant or to the ones who want him a puppet.
He's his own man.
He's Tom Sawyer.
He doesn't believe in any cult of personality -he just suffers it.
He's not for rent, as I am not for rent, to any God, or government, or fake god, freak god or tyranny.
Do you call me "anarchista"?
So be it.
Thanks!

Si eso es ser anarquista,
que me pongan en la lista,
tambien.
While I loved the clash's music, especially Give 'em enough Rope, Strummer was a moronic leftist who supported the sandanistas and other folks of that ilk.
Better to quote the Pistols...who were actually against the left...
I am an antichrist
I am an anarchist

Exactly my feelings, Sr. Cohiba!
And yes, Albert... I suspect that you're in the list!
Welcome to the Jungle!
(ahem, the "list")
Going back to my theory of 360 degree of political leanings (180 being middle of the road)
The Pistols were indeed the VERY extreme of BOTH left & right in other words ANARCHY.
As MUCH as I liked them, as much as I got a kick outta them (I was living in London when the whole PUNK thing started, and you do NOT want to see THOSE pictures!)
The whole ANTICHRIST thing, sortta puts those lyrics in the trash bin. GREAT song tho, but not MY idea of great political thought.
Now, to me the EPITOME of a GREAT political song is “Won't get fooled again” by the WHO.
The song has been many times misquoted as WE WON’T GET FOOLED (because of the title) as a statement of conviction a declaration of revelition, BUT it is indeed a PLEAD that “THIS” time they will not get fucked. But alas, they do !
A couple of very poignant lines are “The new constitution”, “The NEW Revolution”
If what seems to be coming down for Cuba, turns to be true and we wind up with the likes of the Diaz-Balart dynasty running Cuba then
“Meet the new boss, same as the old boss” could not have been more prophetic!
We'll be fighting in the streets
With our children at our feet
And the morals that they worship will be gone
And the men who spurred us on
Sit in judgment of all wrong
They decide and the shotgun sings the song
I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around
Pick up my guitar and play
Just like yesterday
Then I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get fooled again
The change, it had to come
We knew it all along
We were liberated from the fold, that's all
And the world looks just the same
And history ain't changed
'Cause the banners, they all flown in the last war
I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around
Pick up my guitar and play
Just like yesterday
Then I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get fooled again
No, no!
I'll move myself and my family aside
If we happen to be left half alive
I'll get all my papers and smile at the sky
For I know that the hypnotized never lie
Do ya?
Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
There's nothing in the street
Looks any different to me
And the slogans are replaced, by-the-bye
And the party on the left
Is now the party on the right
And the beards have all grown longer overnight
I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around
Pick up my guitar and play
Just like yesterday
Then I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get fooled again
Don't get fooled again
No, no!
Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
Meet the new boss
Same as the old boss
