Hitler repeats the idea in Mein Kampf, where he excuses himself from all the mass murder and wars he is going to cause.
kasstro was very familiar with Mein Kampf, thus, we have become very familiar with the results of the application of the ideas contained in that fascist brick.

Hitler and a few cronies WERE under trial when he came up with the quote and yes he repeats his darling quotation in Main Kampf
The Spanish version of Main Kampf translates ACQUIT as ABSOLVER!
kasstro is notoriously bad with languages, so he couldn't read Mein Kampf in any other language than Spanish. His quote is straight from the Spanish translation.
By the way, many of his "social" plans come straight from Mussolini's oeuvres. People familiar with the shindigs and shenanigans of fascism can confirm this.
