The most fanatical Muslims actually bang their forefronts when they "pray" in that demonic cult of theirs, heading towards Mecca (a future rock arena) and mooning the West, since their asses are towards the West (at least for the ones who live West of Mecca)

Given, maybe the floor where he "prays" is covered in excrements and that's the nature of that mark. Who knows....
