Bad news
The military found the bodies of the soldiers kidnapped on Friday by the terrorists who attacked their checkpoint. The soldiers are Pfc. Kristian Menchaca, 23, of Houston, and Pfc. Thomas L. Tucker, 25, of Madras, Ore., and they showed signs of having been subjected to savage torture.
At this point, all we can do is not forget the sacrifice of these young men, and we cannot afford to have any mercy towards the enemy. The only exit strategy in Iraq is victory.
To all the liberal rats who are blaming America for the death of these heros, let me remind y'all that the terrorists have no rules of engagement, and that they have been maiming innocents, torturing, and slaughtering prisoners way before this present conflict started.
Let's elevate a prayer for these heros.
The peace of the Lord be with them, the doors of Heaven are open for them.

My cousin (who is a West Point Grad and former Airborne, Ranger) and I were discussing this and we couldn't understand how at this point in the game soldiers could be be captured alive. I mean they have to know that that there is ZERO chance of surviving captivity. I know it's easier said than done but you have to fight to the death, I'm sure a gunshot wound would be less painful than what these animals are liable to do to you. Am I wrong?
you're absolutely right, there are a bunch of useful idiots screaming Abu Ghraib! without realizing that historically, Muslims have been merciless towards prisoners always torturing them in the most unspeakable ways before killing them in ways that go beyond whatever a civilized human being can imagine. They are not human beings, that's why, they are subhumans following a death evil cult. And that's why our civilization is in peril at this moment.
I am of the opinion that the press should not be allowed in war zones. Let the military do what ever they have to do to win without monday morning quarterbacking.
