WEBCEO story gets stranger by the second.
As Ziva sugested I reported the ilegal use of the Korda picture by WEBCEO. This was my letter to the association that investigates copyright infrigments
"This is to report that the company www.webceo.com is using the famous picture of Che Guevara by Alberto Korda without license or compensation.
Web CEO is also violating copyright laws, the Korda image belongs to the deceased photographers daughter, Diana Diaz
The picture is being used in a massive mail campaign and also on this page on their web site

Efforts to contact the company to request proof of legitimate authorization have been fruitless
Please investigate.

I cannot help you directly, however you are correct that the image is being used illegally for commercial reasons.
Unfortunately the infringer is in Ukraine, (UKRAINE!) An Ukranian company violating USA copyright laws and pretending they are in the USA ?!

This is proof of what we have been saying that the old Soviet Empire has changed its modus operandi. Now without a population to support, or a huge bureaucratic apparatus bogging their effectivity, the old commies are out and about doing what they know best: disruption and destruction.
We have more to see about that, and about much worse things, their involvent in terror which is their forte.
Wait and see.
It turns out the Ukraine has had serious sanctions imposed on them in the past because of IPR violations. I'm looking for the right contact to lodge international complaints, it seems like a maze...
