As it turns out, Saddam was briefed by the Ruskis at the eve of the American invasion of Iraq. We have been saying that the commies were not defeated, they just reorganized, slimmed down operations and organization, regrouped, and changed an old philosophy of action for a new one, more agressive and proactive.
