Legal battle

An immigration lawyer is threatening to to sue the government over dry-foot wet-foot.
Finally, somebody is taking a step that if successful might result in the overturning of that criminal regulation. If he doesn't succeed, well, things will stay as is, since for it to get worse than the actual situation is impossible.
