Cubans in the USA are said to have sent $700,000,00 a year to realtives in Hell Island . The numbers reached this level after the Mariel exodus so that is 25 years of revenue without KaSSTro having to produce a GOD DAMN export product.
Let’s average the number at $400,000.00 X 25 that is anothet $10 billion.
Oops , the IberoAmericans pundits are down to a deficit of

Last time I checked, before the summit, what was in place was a limitation in obtaining credits from the US. So, technically Cuba could do business with the rest of the world, sauf for a very small detail, they are not that great at paying their debts. So the rest of the world is not extending them any line of credit... but the only line of credit that does real damage apparently is the one that was forbidden by the States.
Again, kagasstro has squandered many fortunes. He effectively contributed to the defeat of the Soviet Union and the Eastern block in general by sucking the tit and not producing anything. He really bankrupted the USSR, and the American government is surely grateful for that! Also, kagasstro is always defining himself as a sworn enemy of the US, so, what credit does he expect?
