Our sources tell us what the rumor mill is carrying in Havana...
The word on the street is that kagasstro is not healing well. His knee bothers him. His knee was broken as a consecuence of the fall, that apparently happened because his hip broke and took him down.
There's a problem with blood infection and contamination of with bone marrow, all of which is increasing the circulatory and orthopaedic problems.
There are a lot of marks in his skin that are apparently produced by some liver related problems but some sources have told me not to underestimate the posibility of a carcinoma.
They have a guard with a wheel chair ready at all times, and he is rumored to be using a walker or a walking cane behind close doors. The boots are off. The sneakers are on, since his feet are swollen and affected by rheuma and gout.
The old tyrant has episodes of loosing his short term memory. Because of his incapacity to parrot data, as he used to do, he has become irritable. Falls sleep in meetings. Bursts in anger. Alzheimers anyone?
Well, that's great.
When a tyrant becomes a ridiculous babbling old man, nobody fears him anymore.
Remember, a tyranny doesn't support itself in respect. The corner stone of a tyranny is fear. And the chain of fear has to be broken for the tyranny to be defeated.
I can picture this: the official taxidermist is readying his tools and instruments to mummify the monster, in full Leninist style.

He instructed his henchmen to launch a campaign of rumors about certain officers and about a plan hatched in the United States to annexate Cuba and invade the country. This is just psych-ops one o one by a very bad student of military and intelligence methods. There's an unusual traffic of communications being detected in the cupola of power in Cuba. Don't be surprised if many other "international events" go ahead with a "cancelled appearance" of cagasstro.

To expand on this report. The French doctor that operated on his knee is NOT coming back. FUCK the money. Pictures of KaSStro in official papers and institutions must show him in his "vibrant" youth. Health issues are not to be discussed with DIRE consequences to those who DO speak about them. For the first time rumors of his death in public may get your ass thrown in jail ( that one is a strange one since he LOVED to spread those rumors himself).
Reports with foreign dignitaries are never accompanied by pictures - either he never showed up or a bad double was in his place -
His tantrums are becoming full blown death sentences to some people within the apparatchik and the apparatchik is getting antsy because today's golden boy may be tomorrow's maggot's food.
Raul seems to be all set to take over but the arguments between the two devil's spawns seem to be getting worse by the day.
I guess we are looking at another Franco type of demise here. AT least Franco's men had the freedom to tell the world the dictator was on his last leg. With KaSStro we will see him a broom handle up his ass propping him up at some state affair and people wondering what the fuck that stench of rotting flesh is coming from.

Yes, indeed, from the time that he liked to spread the rumours of his death to this day have rained a lot. Now he is afraid of those rumours, maybe have gotten superstitious since the time of reckoning is coming close. The hour of truth, and he fears the many ghosts of his victims. I checked a bit on the double situation... I don't seem to be able to get more information on this, but it's said in Havana that at least a set of three doubles is ready to take his place at anymoment, "in case of necessity". The French doctor surely fears the Stalinist method. Doctors cure once, die soon afterwards. The communist tarantulas operate that way. It's actually a very good sign that the two kagasstros that share the power are entangled in a perennial struggle, this would certainly pitt the commanders of the armed forces against each other following thier conveniences and loyalties. Nothing like watching the two old tyranosauriuses fight to their bloody ends.
