Floods in Havana

This is a very important intersection in Havana, yesterday afternoon. This is Linea and G (or Avenida de los Presidentes) in el Vedado. The government insists that there are no problems in Havana. Well, it depends how you look at it. You're flooded. You have no food. No electricity, no way out unless the military or the police comes for you, do you really want that? You don't have a working phone. Forget about the internet. Forget about insurance, and about replacing all your loses. No problems indeed. You still have kagasstro, that's the only problem you have, the rest of the hurricane is really a walk in the park. With three feet of water!
(Thanks to our sources in the States and Havana!)

CB theres a rumor going around that the old motherfucker
fell down again...I wish we had video of that if is true
I haven't gotten word of that yet, but if he fell, well, that's a good excuse to celebrate!
CB - as we discussed Miramar is swamp land and the water DID make it all the way into El Monte Barreto, let us see how the FUCK they get that outta there.
The tunnel in Calzada is still flooded (as of 1AM this morning).
El Comodoro hotel is also pretty much a heap of shit. ALL lost.
So is Marina Hemingway (YEAH!)
And to think, that Wilma took a TREMENDOUS amount of pity with Cuba. Had it not deviated the way it did …. JUST IMAGINE!
I wonder if God is being merciful with Cubans or the Satin is just protecting his favorite disciple.
