Good news

Ok, John Bolton is the new U.S. of A. ambassador at the United Nations. That means a few things, one of them that NYC air is going to be a little bit cleaner when a few liberals run into hiding after learning the news. The other one is that kagasstro has to go and dig himself a new bunker. And buy tons of two ply toilet paper.
In the great scheme of things, it has a very interesting connotation: all the rogue states that were surely rallying behind the scenes to stage an attack on a weak ambassador, since they thought that the Bolton nomination will never succeed, now have a job cut for them, they need to get ready to get their asses whupped and they need to get ready to start paying their cleaners invoices, parking tickets, and utility bills to the city of New York. Interesting enough, all of them have a story of delinquency on this matters.
Besides, now we are going to be exhibiting a nice trait of this nation that is almost forgotten. That trait is our ability to call the shots. I hope that the Cuban Mission to the UN gets scaled back down to a proportional number of diplo-spies according to the population of Cuba and that they pay all their bills or have their light, water and gas cut off (just like in Cuba assholes) and their old cars towed away to a parking lot farther than the 25 miles radius than they can travel without permits.
The fact that the Democrats are scrambling like crazy banshees this afternoon after the appointment is very telling. Ted Kennedy and John Kerry spefically. These are men who are in the senate just because this is a great country in which bums are allowed to get into politics. They are already crying bloody murder, and Kerry is saying in his typical flip-flop style that "Bush has the right to appoint Bolton, but this is wrong". Or something of the sort, whatever he says is irrelevant. Ted Kennedy is, well, just old Ted. He seemed to be sober for the occassion but one never knows.
I particulary pitty kagastro, chavez, kim jong il, bobby mugabe, el assad, that guy with the diaper on his head and so many others today. The going suddenly got tough for them. And when the going gets though, well... the dictators go to the latrines.
Today the U.S. of A. moved forward in terms of ensuring the safety of all its citizens. Bolton will send a message with only one interpretation: "Don't mess with the U.S. Don't thread on me"

Wholeheartedly agree that Bolton is good for the USA and thus not good for castro. Fortunately we have a President that does what is right, not what the kennedys, kerrys, and/or Hollywood lefties whine for.

To me the most important message here is that Bush will not tolerate filibustering or any other well know Democratic tactic.
Democrats have been put on notice, fuck with the White House, the white House will bite back.
When a USA President sends such a blatant message to the liberal/left WITHIN the USA, the rest of the liberal/left of the world will TREMBLE. Just imagine what is in store to the rogue nations with Bolton in the UN, AND to get this across Bush just pissed on the democrats. That is one VERY powerful signal that “Bush ain’t fucking around”
I can just see the “fence walkers” of the world cozying up to Bolton as we speak.
Speak softly and carry a big stick was quaint politics. Speak loudly, clearly, without reserve and carry an atomic bomb is just what the Dr ordered in this age in which we live.
Bush’s move is unprecedented because it breaks so many traditional unspoken “pacts” between DemoRATS and Republicans. If he is willing to take that risk , IMAGINE what he's ready to do outside the USA.
Yes CB KaSStro is now wearing extra heavy duty “Depends” ™ (just in case) because Bolton will protest every single word of any pro KaSStro document that makes its way through the UN.
Chavez also must be shitting bricks. A Caracas Cardinal called for an exorcism for Chavez calling him “devil possessed” Those things resonate.. With a guy like Bolton at the UN he will amplify that resonance and will BRING it to the floor of the assembly.
The lines I spoke about on my Saudi Arabia post are being drawn and NOT gradually or timidly BUT FAST and FURIOUSLY.
Bush will change the course of world history and he WILL leave office under the same respect and admiration Reagan did.

Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto was SO fucking right when he so prophetical said after bombing Pearl Harbor “I fear that we have awakened a sleeping giant and filled him with a terrible resolve” .. It has happened again and the Giant’s course is being charted by a president without fear!

All I can add to this is that now is the time to end the two term limit rule for presidents. Finally, a man in the White House with cojones.
